Q: How can I know my order is processed successfully?
A: Commonly, once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email sent from RegNow or SWREG. This email indicates your order has been processed. And after this email, you will also receive a registration email from us very soon.

Q: I purchase your software online but haven't received the register key.
A: There are some reasons why this could happen. In most cases, the keycode email might be filtered out as spam. If so, please login to our CRM http://support.wondershare.com to get the keycode email by yourself. It's free.
Be aware before you install the full version, you should uninstall the trial version first.
Q: How can I get a receipt via Regnow?
A: If you paid via REGNOW, you will receive the receipt you saw online in your email shortly after your order. It may take up to 30 minutes or more depending on your ISP's mail servers. Please keep this receipt for your records!
